In response, the company will continue to invest in domains such as connectivity, computation, storage, and the cloud in order to speed up digital transformation. This occurs as Huawei adapts its development strategies in response to prolonged US government restrictions.
Huawei’s rotating chairwoman and chief financial officer, Meng Wanzhou, believes that digitalization is a blue ocean for the entire industry and that global expenditure on digital transformation will reach $3.41 trillion by 2026. She stated this at Huawei’s 20th annual Global Analyst Summit in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, where she serves as rotating chairperson.
Focus of Huawei on Digital Infrastructure

In order to achieve this objective, the company is committed to assisting organizations go digital in four stages: digitizing operations, constructing digital platforms, enabling platform-based intelligence, and applying intelligence.
Key Insight For Digital Transformation
Meng also highlighted three key insights from nearly a decade of digital transformation experience at Huawei. She highlighted the significance of strategy, data management, and intelligence. According to her, the driving force behind any successful digital transformation must be strategy, not technology. Data governance is essential for ensuring data circulates throughout an organization, while integrating data across multiple dimensions can create even more value. Ultimately, intelligence is the goal. Utilizing intelligence makes data more accessible, simpler to comprehend, and actionable, thus advancing digital transformation.

The company intends to enable organizations to flourish in the digital future by emphasizing simplicity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
