Among the missing are five individuals, including two children, in the Gard region, where floodwaters swept away vehicles attempting to cross bridges on Saturday night. Tragic incidents occurred in Dions and Goudargues, where a father and his two children, as well as two other individuals, were carried away by floodwaters.

Efforts to locate the missing persons are underway, with emergency services conducting search and rescue operations, particularly in Dions and Saint-Martin-de-Valamas, where individuals were reported missing after being swept away by floodwaters.
